Previously, a number of merchants reported to the cover journalist that they were promoted by Base Camp Company as "Wuhan’s first outlet city with the most comprehensive categories and brands, with nearly 300 brands and 300 Ole retail brands" and "600,000 college passengers". After they settled in, they found that the big brands under promotion did not settle in, and the shopping mall failed to open normally for three or four years.
